Statement
by Deirdre Fibiger on achieving the status of No1 agent :
What
an amazing honour to achieve the award for top agent in my province!
And this amongst my peers who are top class professionals one and
all.
On receiving the award at a glittering function held in Sun City, I could not but think of the glitz of the Oscars and had I been given an opportunity as the stars of the screen are given, I would of without a doubt expressed my thanks - to my loyal clients who refer so much business my way, to my family and friends who supported me and of course my colleagues who make up this fantastic team.
There are many who do not fully understand how hard professional agents work. Particularly in recessionary times where showing a house to a clients is simply not enough. Add to that, the new NQF qualification requirements, the changing face of the EAAB and the new Consumer Protection Act and you have a scenario which calls for total professionalism, up to date relevant knowledge and a skills set that can provide clients with the results they seek - despite economic circumstances.
As much as I made first place, I know that every one of my colleagues has had to achieve these same levels and targets and they deserve as much praise as any other. They are the best of the best and it is an honour to work with them.
